Tenant Representation, Asset Management & strategic brokerage
Tenant Representation is a main focus of JAAD Partners. Tenant Representation services include, but are not limited to, the following:
Listening to, analyzing and solidifying client requirements
Researching targeted submarkets and recommending office space for consideration that meets the client’s criteria
Touring potential office suites
Preparing Letters of Intent for presentation to landlords
Negotiating lease with landlord
Coordinating office move-in
Continuously serving as a resource for our client after move-in

JAAD Partners also provides Asset Management and Strategic Brokerage services to landlords to ensure that properties operate at the highest level of efficiency. Asset Management and Strategic Brokerage services include, but are not limited to, the following:
Overseeing the Property Management Team
Maintaining strong relationships with tenants
Analyzing property budgets
Coordinating with general contractors on tenant improvements and repairs
Renewing leases of existing tenants as well as leasing vacant suites or buildings
Planning for future capital requirements
Determining appropriate cash distributions to ownership
Coordinating the preparation of annual Form K-1s with accountants
