Brentwood Class A Office Building

 

While many companies continued to have employees work remotely in the Spring of 2021, JAAD Partners’ private equity client had closed on a major capital raise.  The firm had been operating out of an executive suite in Westwood on a month-to-month basis, and it desired Class A office space close to the managing partner’s home.  In April 2021 this private equity firm leased approximately 3,000 square feet for 37 months in a newly built-out office suite with high-end finishes.  JAAD Partners was able to obtain concessions including rent abatement, the construction of an additional office and a wiring & cabling allowance.
