The landlord’s concessions were providing one month of rent abatement, painting and making repairs throughout the building. The tenant is a regional courier company which was moving from Hollywood to La Mirada due to the building’s accessibility to both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Additionally, the rent level increased by over 25% compared with that of the previous tenant.
