In July 2021 in LA’s industrial heartland surrounded by Interstates 5, 605 and 91, JAAD Partners represented GMC Property Company LLC in a 61-month lease transaction for an 8,800 square foot office and warehouse suite in a 20,800 square foot industrial property.  The landlord’s concessions were providing one month of rent abatement, painting and making repairs throughout the building. The tenant is a regional courier company which was moving from Hollywood to La Mirada due to the building’s accessibility to both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Additionally, the rent level increased by over 25% compared with that of the previous tenant.
