In June 2021 JAAD Partners represented Electronic Lane Properties in the renewal of the lease of an existing tenant in its flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California. JAAD negotiated a two-year lease extension with an mutual option to terminate the lease with 90 days’ prior written notice. This option provides flexibility to the tenant to search for a larger warehouse for its expanding operations, as well as the opportunity for Electronic Lane Properties to secure a long-term tenant. There were no concessions in the lease extension of this tenant in the aerospace industry which occupies 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse.
