As an encore to a one-year lease extension granted during the Covid-19 shelter-in-place order, in February 2021 JAAD Partners was able to execute a further five-year lease extension for GMC Property Company at this 45,000 square foot industrial building located in one of LA County’s top industrial submarkets. There was no downtime, and there were no concessions from the landlord. The tenant is an essential business with its parent company headquartered in Europe.
