Compton Industrial Building

 

JAAD Partners represented a global skincare company in a strategic transaction for its client which had just sold its manufacturing division, and needed to move its brand headquarters out of an 80,000 square foot industrial building in Torrance into a building that fit its operations going forward. Additionally, several years ago JAAD Partners had represented the landlord in a lease transaction with this client, but moving forward had developed a strong relationship with this new client. In October 2021 this skincare products company leased over 25,000 square feet for a 60-month term in a very tight industrial market.
