In the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles in February of 2022 JAAD Partners represented Airport Pacific Properties in a 60-month lease transaction for this approximately 14,000 square foot industrial building. In a very strong market JAAD was able to achieve the asking rental rate which represented an increase of approximately 37% over the prior rental rate. In addition to generating increased cash flow, the lease provides strong credit as the new tenant is a subsidiary of a global, publicly-traded Fortune 500 Company. The landlord’s work was limited to building an enclosure around the property, installing a new roof membrane and resurfacing the parking lot.
