JAAD Partners is pleased to announce the extension of an existing lease in March 2022 at this11,500 square foot office and warehouse in the highly desirable Torrance Airport submarket. JAAD represented GMC Kashiwa LLC in the 62-month extension of an electronics retailer that maintains a large online presence. The rental rate increased 29% from the prior term, and concessions were limited to one and one-half month of rent abatement, exterior painting and a small repair allowance.
