JAAD Partners’ private equity client continued its growth in both capital under management and in head count in 2022. Although JAAD had just represented the firm in its lease of approximately 3,000 square feet in April 2021, it was evident that additional office space would be required to accommodate its growth. The timing was fortuitous - a suite became available adjacent to the existing suite. In June 2022 JAAD Partners negotiated an expansion into the adjacent suite which will be renovated to match the high level of finishes in the existing suite in a five-year lease transaction covering over 6,000 square feet. Concessions included rent abatement and matching the rental rate of the firm’s existing suite.
