The tenant, a division of a major defense contractor, was acquired by a private equity firm with a short amount of time remaining on the lease.  JAAD Partners was able to negotiate a short-term extension of the lease at a significantly higher rental rate.  JAAD represented GMC Kashiwa LLC for the lease of this 11,500 square foot office and warehouse located in the highly desirable Torrance Airport submarket.
