In a tenant representation transaction in October 2017 JAAD Partners represented a prominent medical services company in the renewal of its lease for a 40-month term in a Class A office building in Marina Del Rey, California. In a very hot leasing market JAAD was able to obtain meaningful concessions for its client including rent abatement.
