JAAD Partners is pleased to announce the leasing of this 11,500 square foot office and warehouse in the highly desirable Torrance Airport submarket. JAAD represented GMC Property Company in a five-year lease to an electronics retailer that maintains a large online presence. Improvements in the office area included the construction of additional offices, paint and new carpet. In the warehouse the floor was refinished. The transaction included minimal rent abatement.
