JAAD Partners is proud to announce the completion of a transaction to lease 11,000 square feet in a prominent Beverly Hills office building. JAAD represented a leading unscripted television production company in this three-year deal that includes an option to extend. JAAD was able to negotiate meaningful rent abatement for its client as well as a significant tenant improvement allowance given the three-year term. Improvements will include the construction of additional editing offices, paint and new carpet.
