JAAD Partners represented 5425 Grosvenor Investors LLC in this short-term lease for 20,000 square feet. Despite the building’s location in an area highly sought out by media and technology companies, 5425 Grosvenor is remaining “old school” industrial with this lease to a manufacturing company which is building a prototype product under a contract with a major US airline. JAAD negotiated a transaction that included no rental abatement or tenant improvement allowance from the landlord. The tenant is utilizing office and warehouse space in as-is condition.
