In September 2017 JAAD Partners represented Labrook Properties in the renewal and expansion of an existing tenant in its 45,000 square foot flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California. JAAD was able to spearhead a transaction which allowed the tenant which runs a very successful costuming business to bring over its operations unit from another building in which its lease was expiring. JAAD renewed the tenant in its 6,500 square feet of second floor office space and moved the costuming company into 8,000 square feet of warehouse space for a 38-month term. This deal was accomplished at market rents with a very few concessions from Larbrook Properties.
