Representing Claman Family Grand Avenue LLC in November 2017 JAAD Partners leased a 5,000 square foot bow-truss warehouse in the very desirable Smokey Hollow neighborhood of El Segundo.  The property was leased for three years to an apparel licensing company at rents that were over 50% higher than those of the prior tenant. Furthermore, there were no concessions from Claman Family Grand Avenue.
