In the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles in January 2018 JAAD Partners represented Airport Pacific Properties in a 63-month lease transaction for approximately 14,000 square feet in a 28,000 square foot building. This repositioning of the office and warehouse suite included a small financial contribution from Airport Pacific Properties and an expenditure of nearly $1.0 million by the tenant, a media company focused on digital imaging and production. Amenities include a yoga room, a full service bar with a tap and coffee machinery and a glass roll-up door. Additionally, the rent level increased by over 100% compared with the prior tenant’s rent.
