Marina Del Rey Class A Office Building

 

Working with a prominent insurance brokerage firm starting in late 2018, JAAD Partners in November 2019 completed the negotiation of a 63-month extension of its client’s headquarters office lease in a Class A office building in Marina Del Rey. Concessions included three months of rent abatement as well as a substantial tenant improvement allowance to renovate the suite from early 21st century finishes to creative office.
