JAAD Partners represented Labrook Properties in the renewal of an existing tenant in November 2019 in its flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California.  Larbrook Properties is constructing a new private office in the office suite in conjunction with a 39-month lease extension of this tenant in the communications industry which occupies 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse.   The rental rate per square foot is the highest ever achieved at this property.
