From June through November 2019 JAAD Partners worked with its top general contractor based in Orange County on the build-out from shell condition of a 6,500 square foot second- story space at Larbrook Properties’ 45,000 square foot industrial building in Huntington Beach. One 3,376 square foot creative office suite was constructed for a payments processing company which had executed a three-year lease for its new headquarters office. JAAD also supervised the construction of a spec suite of approximately the same size, as well as a common area hallway. Additionally, the existing bathrooms were renovated to ADA standards. The payments processing firm moved into its new suite on November 11, 2019.
