1120 California Avenue, Corona

 

From August through September 2019 JAAD Partners oversaw the repair and preparation for marketing of 1120 California Investors’ 50,000 square foot industrial distribution center in Corona after the expiration of a long-term tenant’s lease. Not only did JAAD negotiate with the departing tenant for a significant financial contribution to the repairs, but also JAAD worked with its general contractor to determine additional items that would enhance the building’s curb appeal. Between the former tenant and the landlord nearly $150,000 was spent on this effort.
