JAAD Partners represented an unscripted television production company in its two-year lease extension for its headquarters office suite of 11,000 square feet in Beverly Hills. JAAD had represented the company in its lease of the creative office suite in April 2017, working with its client in a targeted move from the Mid-Wilshire area to Beverly Hills. By locating outside of the Golden Triangle, the client was able to achieve very attractive lease terms.
