Encino Class A Office Building

 

In July 2019 JAAD Partners represented a portfolio company of a prior private equity client in the lease of its first Los Angeles area office suite in a Class A office building in the Encino area of Los Angeles. This beauty products company leased over 3,000 square feet of fully-renovated creative office suite.. In a very strong market JAAD was able to obtain concessions including three months of 50% rent abatement and a discount on parking validation booklets.
