Representing Claman Family Grand Avenue LLC in June 2019 JAAD Partners leased a 6,000 square foot bow-truss warehouse in the Smokey Hollow neighborhood of El Segundo to the existing subtenant that is the tenant in Claman Family Grand Avenue’s adjacent 5,000 square foot building. The property was leased for five years to this apparel licensing company at rents that were meaningfully higher than those of the prior tenant. Furthermore, the lease at its adjacent industrial building was extended to be coterminous. There were no concessions from Claman Family Grand Avenue.
