JAAD Partners represented the tenant-in-common owners of a 7,620 square foot bow-truss industrial building in its lease in April 2019 in the hot Smokey Hollow submarket of El Segundo. The property was leased for 62 months at higher rent to an auto collision damage analysis firm that had been previously headquartered in Hawthorne, but wished to move to an area with more amenities for its employees. Improvements funded by the landlord included paint and carpet in the office area, and the expansion of one office. The only concession from the landlord was two months of rent abatement.
