JAAD Partners represented GMC Vanowen LLC in December 2018 in the lease extension of its tenant occupying over 21,000 square feet in this Burbank industrial building converted into office and content production use. The tenant, a leader in the unscripted television production, had been recently acquired by a global media & entertainment company. This five-year lease extension included a rent increase of over 50% with no concessions from GMC Kashiwa.
