Brentwood Class A Office Building

 

In May 2018 JAAD Partners represented a new private equity firm in the lease of its first headquarters office suite in a Class A office building in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. In a very strong leasing market JAAD was able to obtain concessions including kitchen improvements for this 36-month lease.
