JAAD Partners represented the tenant-in-common owners of a 7,750 square foot industrial building in its renovation, repositioning and lease in June 2018 in the hot Inglewood market (thank you LA Rams). A former office and warehouse for an HVAC contractor, this property was leased for seven years to a parent-run, nonprofit preschool. The owner invested approximately $150,000, and the preschool performed significant additional renovations. The rental rate increased over 25%.
