In June 2018 JAAD Partners represented Labrook Properties in the renewal of an existing tenant in its flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California. There were no concessions in the two-year lease extension of this tenant in the aerospace industry which occupies 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse.
