Culver City Class A High-Rise Office Building

 

JAAD Partners closed out 2020 on a positive note in December, representing a subsidiary of a global consumer products company in the move of its headquarters from the Beverly Hills area to a Class A office building in the Culver Pointe submarket of Culver City.  This skincare products company leased over 10,000 square feet in a  newly built-out creative office suite.  This transaction demonstrated that while many companies are working remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic, they are also positioning themselves for the post-pandemic business environment.  Due to the pandemic JAAD was able to obtain significant concessions including several months of beneficial occupancy and rent abatement.
