In December 2020 JAAD Partners represented Electronic Lane Properties in the renewal of an existing tenant’s lease in its flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California. To accommodate the tenant during the Covid-19 pandemic, JAAD negotiated a six-month lease extension. There were no concessions in the lease extension of this tenant in the packaging industry which occupies 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse; however, Electronic Lane Properties kept the tenant’s monthly rent at its current level during the term of the lease extension.
