In the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles in May of 2020 JAAD Partners represented Airport Pacific Properties in a 12-month lease transaction for this approximately 14,000 square foot industrial building. JAAD essentially extended the term of a venture capital-funded company that had been subleasing the building from Airport Pacific’s prior tenant. This transaction provided flexibility for the tenant during the Covid-19 pandemic and ensured strong, uninterrupted cash flow for the landlord.
