In June 2020 JAAD Partners represented Electronic Lane Properties in the renewal of the lease of an existing tenant in its flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California. To accommodate the tenant during the Covid-19 pandemic, JAAD negotiated a 12-month lease extension consisting of two six-month terms with an option to terminate the lease. There were no concessions in the lease extension of this tenant in the aerospace industry which occupies 6,000 square feet of office and warehouse.
