In February 2020 in LA’s industrial heartland heart surrounded by Interstates 5 , 605 and 91, JAAD Partners represented GMC Property Company LLC in a 61-month lease transaction for a 12,000 square foot office and warehouse suite in a 20,800 square foot industrial property.  The landlord’s concessions were providing one month of rent abatement, making minor repairs throughout the building, and granting small allowances for flooring and for lighting. The tenant is a regional roofing products company with a manufacturing facility located less than one mile away.  Additionally, the rent level increased by over 35% compared with that of the previous tenant.
