In November 2020 JAAD Partners represented Electronic Lane Properties in the lease renewal of an existing tenant in its flex industrial building in Huntington Beach, California. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic the tenant felt confident about its business prospects, so JAAD was able to negotiate a two-year lease extension. There were no concessions in the lease extension of this tenant in the licensing and consumer products industry which occupies 6,150 square feet of office and warehouse.
