Project Summary. For over a decade this office and warehouse suite had been home to a major aerospace & defense company. For this division the requirement was office and laboratory space with minimal warehouse. After being acquired by a private equity firm, the tenant vacated the building upon the expiration of its lease in March 2022. The landlord, GMC Kashiwa LLC, was left with dated space that did not meet the demands of the majority of prospective tenants in the Torrance Airport submarket. On behalf of GMC Kashiwa, JAAD Partners worked with a regional general contractor to renovate the suite which included the build out of a functional, modern warehouse. The renovation took over three months to complete, and the property is now for lease.
